Marina: Swanwick
We are pleased to inform you that following the formal grant of planning consent during the summer...
...we have recently completed the detailed contractor led design work for Phase One of the Swanwick Marina Development, namely the replacement of the river wall, new boatyard complex and marina reconfiguration.
The development of the Pavilion building and the residential areas will commence once the new boatyard has been completed.
To keep disruption to a minimum and to comply with various River Hamble environmental protocols we will not be starting the new boatyard construction until after the 2009 boating season.
Our exciting vision for Swanwick is now taking shape and we look forward to providing more detailed information towards the end of the year.
